Postal Boxes	Your own private mailbox in the UK.
	Freepost mailbox
Forwarding	Mail in your mailbox forwarded to any address either via a courier service or the Postal Service
Scanning	Responses opened, scanned and emailed to your chosen address daily. Image sizes are small <10kb, Physical mail pieces stored for as long as you wish or recycled.
Data Capture	Information transferred to a database, daily reports emailed to your chosen address. No database development or update charge.
Brochure requests	We will respond on your behalf to catalogue request. We will respond to voicemail requests for catalogues from your customers. We will either access your designated voice box directly or you can request that the voice messages be sent to us via the internet as email. A database will be used at no cost to you.
Telephone order management	Mini call centre without the vast expense associated:- we can provide a call management service to growing businesses. Telephone numbers we provide are portable. A database will be used for this service, you can either supply one or use one developed by us free for you.
Response Mail image capture	Scanning:- All orders scanned together with payment into one image. Image which is of a very small size emailed to an address of your choice. Banking:- All payments are deposited into your account on the day of receipt
Warehousing	Distribution:- We can store, pack and despatch customer mailings. with the exception of perishable goods
Database	Database development and execution are all in house. You will not be charged for database updates etc. However there will be a one off charge at the start. The database belongs to you
Returned Packages	Forwarding:- We collect and forward undelivered packages to a destination of your choosing. All packages can be inspected, contents validated before despatch. Repacking:- We can repack returned packages and forward to any address.
Undelivered mail returns	Scanning:- We scan undelivered mail pieces and return the address area, including reasons for none delivery. These are returned via email.
	Data capture:- Equally we can capture the address details and reason for none delivery in data format and forward a database report to you daily.
